I feel guilty for dreaming of a sunny day in Washington. So much weather tragedy all over the world makes me decide the rain is ok with me. The rain makes everything green and actualy warms things up a bit. I dont have to worry that my plants need water. Yes I will be happy with the rain. Another thing I am happy with is heuchera 'Cherry Cola'
It is a new Heuchera from Terra Nova. Seems to grow at a moderate pace. Has the most wonderful coloring. Each plant a bit different and in some cases a lot different. That may not be the best thing for a breeder. Most likely they want uniformity and something that will match the tag. But to my eyes, it is a beauty. Plant grown right next to each other, all unique like people. I can't wait to see the flowers whcih are supposed to be the same color as the plant.
