Yes Green Heucheras are great in the shade and in my experience must be in shade to part shade. They can melt away in the sun. Most Heucheras do great in the shade but many of the purple ones and some of the bronze ones can take more sun to even full sun. We have experimented and ones like Pistache, Lime marmalade and Citronelle are happiest in some to most shade.
